WORDS LIKE LIGHT
Wednesday, February 2, 2022
Today, I hope to greet each circumstance in a kindly, wholehearted way. All moments are as wide as the sky and as fresh as falling snowflakes, and they deserve to be welcomed with praise and a shout. I should wave with enthusiasm, or at least a slight smile, when a moment makes its appearance – even the sad and scary ones, for they, too, carry sacks full of wisdom. It could be a day of ‘hellos’, a day of warm welcomes for whatever arrives. I hope to usher in confusion and uncertainty and clarity and confidence with the same sincere openness. Welcome, I could say, please make yourselves at home, and help me, as you always do, to have a little better understanding of things.
